How long until I get my order?

It depends. We aim to get orders out as soon as possible. If you still haven't received it within 10 days (UK orders) then let us know, as something might have gone wrong!

What happens if my stuff is damaged when it arrives?

Your book will always leave us in the best condition. We take care to pack your book/prints into protective envelopes but once we hand it over to the post office it goes beyond our control. If your book is damaged, simply get in contact with us and we'll replace it.

What is your refund policy?

If for any reason you decide to change your mind about your order, we'll happily refund you. All you have to do is get in contact with us within a week of receiving your order to let us know you want a refund. If you want to tell us why, that is up to you. Then pop the book back in the post to us and we'll give your money back to you.

Can I have my book signed?

YES! All prints come signed by the artist and we are happy to sign and draw inside the front covers. You'll usually get which ever artists happen to be in studio when you order comes in. If you want any specific personalisation let us know and we'll see what we can do!

What happens to all my details that I put in?

We don't see any financial details. All of that is handled by big cartel. And we won't spam you, sell on your eMail address to a third party or do anything else which violates your privacy...because we wouldn't like it if someone did it to us.
